WoodSpring Suites San Antonio Fort Sam

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Stayed for a week and it was a good affordable price. The staff is amazing and helpful, especially the nightly front desk staff, her name was Madyson, I believe. This location was near a highway so everything was conveniently located. Would definitely be staying here again when I’m traveling.

I love this place! The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The manager is very professional and always willing to work with you as long as you communicate and are honest with him! Honestly, the entire staff is awesome at making you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay here! The rooms are very clean and have literally everything that you could possibly need to feel at home regardless if you only stay for a night or if you stay for a month! HIGHLY recommend!!

The hotel is very affordable for long-term stays. Good location, right next to the highway for fast travel anywhere to and from in San Antonio. There are plenty of restaurants down the road. The rooms are fairly maintained, but you're getting what you're paying for. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Only 4 stars because of the rooms.

I needed a place to stay temporarily before moving out to New Braunfels and the manager here was super accommodating and a very chill vibe. He explained everything over the phone i detail and when I got to the hotel, there were no surprise charges. He got me new blinders where the ones I had were a little chipped. Also the housekeeper is very friendly and a super hard worker. Overall, I would recommend this place to all my friends if they're looking for a budget friendly, comfortable and clean place to stay.

Checked in on a Friday evening & stayed almost a week. They were very accommodating when I had to add two extra days & price matched. The manager and housekeeper were top-notch. Maria went over beyond to make sure that our five days days went well. It was nice to be greeted by the manager, and having him follow up with me each day that he could to make sure that we were accommodated, and the staff was performing at its highest. They make their guests feel like they are staying in a five star hotel, giving exceptional service. The front desk staff was outstanding always greeted me by my name and my furry child. Affordable place to bring your pets they have Designated dog area. Location is great & many fast food. Try the mini taco house behind the hotel. Overall, was a wonderful stay especially if you have a furry one.

Very professional staff and very helping. I recently just fell on hard times and the manager Ajah went far beyond out of his way to help me get a room. During the cold weather it’s a relief to know that it’s not about just making a buck but helping people. 100% recommend staying here. The housekeeper also went out of her way to bring me my pasta I accidentally left behind. These people rock!!

I’ve been staying here long-term and it’s been a great experience. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, the prices are very fair, and the location is super convenient. A special shoutout to Madyson at the front desk— she’s always friendly, helpful, and makes sure everything goes smoothly. It really makes a difference when you’re staying for a while.
